What happens when an AI provider limits a request?
wcagent displays the provider’s response and pauses that connection. It cannot override, reset, conceal, or bypass the provider’s limit or access control.
Where do repository commands run?
Repository commands execute locally through the desktop VS Code extension. The cloud service can request an action, but the extension enforces workspace trust, policy, path confinement, and approval.
